  Got a quote and a date for starting the work so paid £500 as the invoice requested.
  Matthew came on the first day made a mess of the house and then never came back.
  He hasn’t refunded our money as he promised and it took over 2 weeks to return our key so as such we had to change the locks. The key had been given to numerous people and even posted to the wrong house!!
